September is about making everyday moments clearer: knowing who’s coming to an event, which account you’re using, and how attendance appears on certificates and reports.

Events that tell the whole story

Event posts in the feed and on the details page have been redesigned so members know right away what the event is and who it’s for.

  • Organizer’s message up front. The event description now appears above the card, with a date block that makes the day easy to spot.
  • One-tap RSVP. Choose Going, Maybe, or Can’t go, and see a live attendance summary such as “14 going · 3 maybe.”
  • Clear When and Where. Start and end times appear on a timeline, duration has its own card, and online events show the platform and a join link.
  • See who responded. The new Respondents section shows avatars, a count, and a full list.

An app that knows who you are

  • Your identity in the header. The logo is replaced by your name and context. Parents see “Parent of [child],” teachers see their building, and admins see their school.
  • Start a chat from the Chat page. The new-chat button now floats on the Chat page, and the bottom bar is simplified to Home, Chat, Calendar, and More.
  • Tap a post to open it. Tapping a post’s body opens its full details and comments, and going back returns you to the same spot in the feed.

Total Attendance Days per academic year

Administrators can now set the official number of attendance days for each year from Year Settings.

  • One value, used everywhere. Absence calculations, attendance percentages, and ministry reports all use the same number.
  • New certificate variable. Add “Total Attendance Days” to any certificate template.
  • Update anytime. Adjust the value during the year as the final total becomes known.

Archived reports by year

The Final Reports page now has a year filter. The current year loads by default. Choosing a previous year switches the page to “Archived reports,” with view and print only, so past certificates stay protected.

More improvements

  • Faster, more stable app. The feed, posts, and notifications load faster, scrolling is smoother, and Android crashes have been reduced.
  • Focused sharing. Each post now targets a single institute, so every feed stays relevant to its audience.
  • Cleaner profiles. Empty tabs are hidden, empty fields show “–”, and Achievements appears only where points are enabled.
  • Reorganized account menu. Items are grouped more logically, and duplicate options have been removed.
  • Unified icons on the web. A consistent icon set makes active states and content types easier to read.
  • Complete trending posts. Trending now shows every post type, including events, exams, and polls.
